Doesn't Anyone Care About Armaan?

So the current happenings of the past few days in DMG and the latest set of rumours/news has awakened this somewhat dead forum, and everyone has something to say. I see a lot of posts on Shilpa, ArSh/KaSh, SR/JeRan, AR/KaJen, marriage, morals, and eternal love. But doesn't anyone care about Armaan? In the upcoming track, Armaan will be shown in a negative light as this obsessed lover a la Darr. Armaan has been loved by a lot of people through out the years because of the great characterization and the actor playing the role. Many have left at some point or the other that this or that character has been butchered; and now that DMG might be ending, it seems the CVs will be taking Armaan to the butcher shop as well. So while each fan base is crying out of happiness or pain for their favourite couple, doesn't anyone care that Armaan will be ruined? Aren't there any Armaan fans who care about this, or is it all about the couples?
I'm sure some will even say that no his character isn't being ruined and it's just love or whatever, but is that an objective statement?

Majority of anti- Armaan fans have shown their love for him in many posts, posted over the weekend! Calling him selfish?!? Labelling him for being 'lusty'?!?!!

True Armaan fans, don't need to show their love or support for him through words. Becoz we understand the kind of man he is! How he feels, what he's thinking, why he's behaving in such a way.

^^ when the true DMG died on 21st September 2009, clearly shows, everything was butchered in DMG!

he will not be shown as a Darr character
Period
He is Armaan
He runs the show whether people agree or not

well armaan fans i guess doesn't care as i keep saying and repeating it's not butchering of one it's like a mass murder where every chracter is gonna lose all the dignity it needs to stop

But they know their Armaan better to believe any Darr-rumors

@sana.malik: Sorry missed out on the "lusty" posts. And September 09 might have ended the first season but it didn't "butcher" the characters.

@caprigurl: You have inside news that he won't be shown as a Darr character? How is "He is Armaan" a reason for his character not being ruined?
And btw my post is about his character being butchered, not who runs the show. Kindly read my post and then comment :)

I know eh, Fizzy? I posted it and then I was just thinking that I needed to add the other characters names too, i.e. Riddhima and Sid. If this does happen then it's a very good thing the show is ending.

Armaan is a pivotal character and a huge chunk of the entire storyline is geared around his journey of love- that isnt even debateable

Do you think that NOW when DMG needs its viewers more than ever before they will ruin ONE character that has stood the test of time and Character?

He's the one who gave away Riddhima - he let her decide her own way even wehn she asked him to chose the right way for her

He stayed away from her marriage
he didnt call her once

I just hoped people had enough idea of how Armaan has been since we saw him @2007 and had an understanding of his character

He aint no Darr stalker in the making- dont worry

PS: since you like quoting Specific lines of people's replies- here goes- KNOWING Armaan doesnt mean owning him- its just that some people uinderstand one character a lot more than they understand other characters

So wait you know your Armaan (btw I wasn't aware that people owned him), and so you know it won't be a Daar track? And here I thought the CVs wrote the story and the characters...once again the DMG forum defies logic.
