HI everyone
There is definitely a mayhem in the cyber world of DMG forums, all thanks to a 20 second promo and numerous speculations.
I had made a topic after the Lonavala AR episode on 'ishq and mushq' and will continue on the same train of thought today.
Someone wise has said : 'Ishq aur mushq chupaaye nahin chupte' i.e 'Love and fragrance cannot remain hidden for long'
Such is the case with AR here. Yes, they have been in love, crazily in love, have been in 'ishq' for quite some time now. They have tried to hide their feelings for each other since the time they fell in love. We all remember how long it took for Ridz to admit to her feelings in the famous 'I hate you, I love you' episode and then it took more time for them to openly display their love for each other.
Of course, we all know the circumstances under which Ridz married Sid. During her first marriage ceremony (yes, I insist on calling her marriage with Sid a marriage ceremony rather than a real marriage because despite all the pheras, the mangalsutras, var maalas they have exchanged, they really have NEVER been married), Riddhima sat with Armaan's photo in her lap and then burnt all his photos to wipe him out of her system (someone ask Riddhima, is your heart a hard drive that with the press of an erase button you can erase all the data stored in your heart?)
Then during her second marriage ceremony, she held onto Armaan's thoughts.There were no photographs, just memories. So, it's quite obvious that she could never really erase Armaan from her thoughts and her heart.
Over the last 9 months, she has tried everything to forget Armaan and 'move on' but has she really??? I don't know why a lot of people have been in the delusion that she has moved on. Yes, on numerous occasions she has said that "i have moved on' 'I want to be with Sid' "I want to give importance to my relationship with Sid' "My marriage is the only truth in my life" but has anyone tried to read her thoughts in between the lines (except AR fans of course)?
Even her second marriage ceremony was a reflex reaction to appease Sid because he was getting insecure. In reality, she has NEVER MOVED ON. In reality, she has never fallen out of love with Armaan. In reality, she is still madly in love with Armaan .In reality, she had wedded him with her heart WITHOUT ANY CEREMONY!!!
The fact that Riddhima has always been wary of that final commitment in marriage- consummation- should have been the biggest clue to all. Even when she wore the lingerie, one could sense her hesitation and the way she 'packed up' hurriedly when Sid asked her to wait, just shows how relieved she was. The cockroaches gave her another excuse to not commit. Tell me if a woman was madly in love with a man, would a mere cockroach keep her away from him? People in love make love in the weirdest,scariest and dirtiest places....a roach could not be a deterrent.
On numerous occasions, I have predicted that when the time comes to commit her relationship to Sid, Riddhima will inadvertently blurt out Armaan's name because he is etched in every cell of her system. It is at times like these, women have a really hard time concealing their feelings....so what we saw in the precap is no surprise to me because sooner or later "ishq ko bahar aana hi tha'
Of course, I would hate to see AR in an extra marital affair because they just don't need to do that to prove their commitment to each other. Their love is way beyond lust and physical pleasure.
What I really want Riddhima to do now is to state the facts clearly to Sid. She has already spoken her heart when she hugged him uttering Armaan's name. What she owes to herself, to her relationship with Sid and her love for Armaan is THE TRUTH!
The truth was and will always remain is that AR are meant for each other and cannot commit themselves to anyone else.
Most lovers and great love stories have had to face numerous hurdles and societal scorn. Majnu was stoned in front of a large crowd, Heer was disowned by her family, so why do we expect AR to be accepted by everyone wholeheartedly? They really don't need the world's approval anymore. What they need is each other and that's why their love story will always be remembered for a long time....after all ishq leta hai kaise imtehaan.
