Kolkatta's rockband gets Bollywood break
They call themselves Underground Authority – a rock band from Kolkata, and rock they did! The India's Got Talent stage got a musical twist as the rock band performed to Humma Humma from the movie Bombay, dedicating the track to judge Sonali Bendre.
However, apart from Sonali the rock rendition impressed someone else as well. It was none other than celebrity guest Salman Khan. Incidentally, Salman had heard the group of five boys play earlier on the television show when he was in Delhi promoting his movie. Sallu miyan was so taken away by the performance that he called brother Sohail Khan and asked him to get in touch with them.
Sohail did eventually call them, however the band thought the call was a mere prank and ignored it. However when recently Salman made an appearance on the show and watched them perform live, he mentioned this to the band and they were completely stunned and overjoye
