Dont know the exact reason.But I remember she told once that there were some family issues and they decided it is better to separate.So their "8 years" relationship had broken.

As mentioned Shilpa Anand broke up with him two years back. The reason for their break up is not known. We are not allowed to discuss an actor's personal life here.
