I go with option 3. Plus I would like to see Maan doing some research over the land papers that finally came to him and finds out that it was his brother who betrayed Geet. Because now both are so much in love with each other and Maan is not that weak to hate her just because she is pregnant. He is a different personality. But there has to be something which should prevent them from union right now. We have other addendums like NT, Dev's regret, Brij's comeback and so on. So, unless one of them or both know about Maan-Dev link, the story cannot move on as of now.
