Episode - 93 Wednesday - 01.09.10
Pallavi's parents meet RR's mom unexpectedly in a bazaar .. RR's mom , Gomathi gets angry seeing them .. Chides them for thatti parichufying her only son .. doles out some curses .. P's dad says he did everything for good .. Gomathi curses some more , en pavam summa vidathu 𤢠[kashta kalam , episode oda first segment la ye ippadiya đ] ..
Mechanic Kathik (MK) goes for a trial round in his customers car .. SR in a road side stops vehicles coming by tht side & asks for lift , but none help her .. 3 men totally drunk in a car , come by tht way .. they are done with madhu & looking for a maadhu 𤢠.. SR stops them , finds them drunk & tries to leave .. thugs manhandle her , she slaps them & starts to run .. gets struck in a dead end .. Our hero MKđ comes by tht side .. fights with those thugs & saves SR .. MK says if money alone is her goal , then she'll have to face these kind of problems & leaves .. SR sobs ..
Gomathi returns home .. neighbour inquires abt kaikari nilavaram .. but she doesn't utter a word , goes inside & locks the door .. Few b&w scenes with herself , RR & P's dad .. muted dialog .. she then pulambifies for seperating her son from her & lends more curses to P's family .. Sundu arrives & probes .. Gomathi updates him abt seeing Palluvali's đ parents .. continues to give more curses & faints in the process ..
RR plays chess with Nivedha .. Anu , Manju & Kamesh are the spectators .. Niveda asks RR , whom he thinks of his queen in real life .. RR replies his mother .. Niveda removes RR's queen from the board & says she has removed his mom ...

Thursday update 2nd Sept 2010
Nivedha symbolically "vettaran" RR's queen aka mother on the chess board...just then phone rings. Its Sundu, and he tells Anu not to disclose to RR that his mother has fainted. He asks her to not divulge this to RR. Sundu says he will bring his mum to the KK hospital, and requests her to bring RR, saying Sundu met with an accident. She says exactly that and leaves with RR for the hospital.
Selvarani/MK jodi- she expresses to him that she is from a poor family (strange, thought her father was getting lakhs from RR???). She had wished to get married to a rich man to get away from her poverty. This had been the reason she shunned him when she found MK lied about being rich. However, now she realised that she truly loves him (ada ada, enna sentiment) and money is not important. MK also apologises for lying, and asks her to think clearly if she still would love him given he is a mechanic.
Selvarani says yes, and grabs his hand. She agrees to marry him, and says she would be happy not to daydream, and only live in reality. (finally!)
RR and Anu- at hospital. Anu drags him into the ward where SUndu is waiting. RR asks him what happened to him and if he met with an accident. Sundu spills the beans that mummy dearest is in ICU...He enters ICU immediately (doesnt look like ICU) and tries to revive mummy. He is totally broken to learn from the doctor that his mother had a heart attack. ....thodarum

Update for Friday, Sep 3, 2010:
Nothing much happened today. RR and Anu in the ICU with Sundar. The doctor says that RR's mother had a heart attack, her first, and they must make sure that she doesn't get a second attack. She is still sedated.
Sundar updates RR about Palvali's parents meeting RR's mom at the market and trying to talk to her, which brought on the heart attack.
RR sends Anu home to take care of the children and says he will let her know when mom is conscious.
Cleaning lady is cleaning the room, her son wants money, she has none, he is drunk and demands it, RR overhears it and gives him a smack (ippadi strangers-ai ellam adichaa, unakku major problems thaan!) Cleaning lady says that her son is educated, has a degree, but no job and bad company, RR gives him his card and tells him to look him up at his office, and tells him to treat his mother well and not make her cry (physician, heal thyself first!).
RR's mom opens her eyes, sees RR, tells him to go away, cleaning lady overhears this, comes and tells RR's mom that he is a good guy. RR goes outside, wipes away a tear, Sundar asks what happened, RR tells him that mom is still angry, Sundar goes inside and starts his usual puraaNam of how she is misunderstanding RR, cleaning lady adds her part, Sundar finally says that if moms can give saabams, sons can also give equally effective saabams! (Really? A lying scoundrel like RR can give a saabam?). Sundar comes out and consoles RR.

Shree's parents dont look like crooks to me- would they not try to surrender the child first instead of kidnapping it immediately?? I am sure they could have solved the issue by taking the child to a police station..
Anyway, it looks like there is a route for Pallavi to accept Shree as a praayachitham once she finds out Shree is that girl...maybe thats why the flashback
