I am new to this show. So please help me to follow the story. Is geet still pregnant ? Has Dev met Geet ? Also if MK knows the truth about Geet and Dev ? Why Naintara helped Dev in marrying Geet ??

yes Geet is still pregnant & no Dev has just seen Geet in Delhi he has not met her yet. And NT got Dev married 2 Geet 4 money .

Dev had lost his monney in gambling so he needed money 2 clear debts so he married Geet
