2 nd point in my opinion is always dependent on 1. I do not think without the 1st attribute some one can exhibit 2 under all circumstances.

Ok I have come up with my simple theory on Maturity...
There are 2 types of Maturity :
1) Maturity in thoughts (high level thinking), attitude, understanding level, and deeds.
2) Maturity in behaviour - The way a person behaves around other people.
Lot of people mistake the 2nd one to be an apt sign of maturity, whereas its not maturity in behaviour, but maturity in thoughts, attitude, understanding level and deeds that characterizes one's maturity 😊. And a person who has the first kind of maturity would obviously know how to behave under various circumstances. So even if such a person is jovial and goofing around most of the time, there shouldnt be anything immature about him/her.
Thus, immaturity in behaviour cannot be mistaken for immaturity in thoughts, attitude, understanding level and deeds 😊.
