Naku's comments to Babi were Sups-like

Naku's comments to Babi today about her knowing Sahib's thoughts and her fears were incomplete. Let me clarify that. By this I mean, if I were to see and hear them on CCTV let's say, I might think she does not want anything romantic to do with her sahib. And that's what would be captured on tape...nothing about her guilt, her love for him...just fear.

Naku's actions are becoming alarmingly like Sups'. Remember Sups not wanting to sit too close to Dutta. Her aversion to having him as her fiance. Unfortunately, there is room for a misunderstanding, although I doubt that would happen.

It's not the same situation, Naku now vs Sups in past, but Naku's actions and words are building a distance. And I am very sad for Dutta.

Aargh! The only difference is that I hold the sherni to a higher standard when it comes to her integrity and love for Dutta.
Yes, we can say that she is afraid to hurt Dutta with the truth, but her actions **FLASH** rejection..distance...discomfort at being near Dutta. It's just plain wrong. I'd like to slap her on the side of her head to get the circulation going again!

And I was really annoyed by the way she returned those gifts saying they reek of "Upkaar" & "Daya"!This from a woman who claims to understand him better than anybody else.She of all people should have understood the feelings behind this gesture of Dutta.Dutta's bewildered & anxious expressions really wrenched my heart today. Yesterday's euphoria simply washed away & I didn't feel very good after watching the episode.

The good thing about LTL has been that it has always been a direct soap unlike EKTA where people fail to confess and marry wrong people and repent all the time....I agree Naku is feeling guilty...but isnt she doing further damage by giving confusing signals to Dutta...She cant reject him just because she feels guilty! I liked this character because she was so vocal...why cant she talk to him....tell him... please CVs i wont be able to take another Dutta or Naku heart break...not now...Dutta has started beleiving in love...dont let his belief shatter...tests can come later when his beleif becomes strong...not now...he needs the reassurance that this girl loves him...let him have that!

GP i'm totally with you on this. They highlighted Dutta observing all her awkwardness and feeling dejected that it instantly gave me a flashback of Supriya.

The only comfort is that Naku has shown in words and actions prior to this recent odd behaviour that she loves Dutta unconditionally. Thus Dutta is not too alarmed by her distance but after her revelation, if indeed he watches the Naku-Babi convo via the tapes he will realise that her hesitation was due to her secret.

I agree Zuby. Returning the gifts was one thing but her reasoning was worse. He looked pained that she had mistook his intentions. And he directly asked her if someone had caused her to feel that way since he was giving her the benefit of the doubt, that his Naku wouldn't think like that. But what does the gadhi do, cover up for Kala...KALA and claim its her family's pride at stake. Erm her family has been humiliated a lot worse when she was labelled as a traitor. Besides, if Kala or anyone else wants to claim she is a golddigger or whatever than Dutta would not take that quietly.

Havent seen the epi...but Naku is sounding like Sups esp with her shrinking away et al. But Dutta knows that she loves him and has an explaination of behavior as discomfort abt the class barrier between them. From Naku's side the class barrier and her skin color are stopping her from enjoying the moment.
I guess here both of them need to take a step forward. Dutta till now wanted to give her respect in front of everyone just as he disrespected her. By proposing in front of everyone he has made a move towards recifying past errors. But he must also now take out some alone time with her. Like someone said...talk to her and try to get to know about her life. Naku ofcourse must tell her secret asap now. She knows she would be miserable without him and Dutta too wants to marry her...so she must tell him and let him decide. As long as she tells him he wont consider it a betrayal.
