Now, we rarely see any properly done thoughts from Riddhima's side. We hear a lot from Shilpa, and always know how she feels. We understand when she wants to keep away from Armaan, when she can't seem to do, and her love for her sister. As for Riddhima's nowadays, its one or two [useless] dialogues and then onto the glare-glare game We're hardly shown exactly what she's thinking. Even on the jealousy track, we have no specific dialogue where she says to herself, "I hate Armaan with that girl, it completely bothers me." The only thing she said was, "Yeh Armaan ke saath ladki kaun hai?" Okay, that was still something. In the SR scene, there was no comment about how she felt from the inside. There are a few scenarios we're enlightened by her thoughtsđ, but I just am saying they are quite less nowadays. After the boxing event, I was hoping for a lengthy monologue where Riddhima confessed her feelings after Armaan's words, yet all we got was her debating to go to Shilpa or notđĽą
Perhaps the CVs all at once used so many dialogues for Riddhima's character, they choose to go with the angry looks instead? She went from a sweet, naive and caring girl to bitter, jealous and temperamental girl insteadđ
P.S: I love Shilpa Anand as well, so please don't label this a bashing post. I only posted my opinion on the change of Riddhima's characterđł
