Ridhima bumps into Armaan as they both Arrive at the hospital together. Armaan remembers what Sid said to him and then what he said himself to her. Armaan turns to walk away Ridhima gets confused and asks he is okay. He tells her to worry about her husband, She asks if something happened between him and Sid, He tells her to ask her pati that question.
Shilpa is walking down the hall with 'Ishq Leta Hai' in the BG. She remembers the 'Gangan' scene with Ridhima and then all of the AR moments play in front of her. She goes to the locker and remembers the same thing but gets hurt seeing their scenes and says Why do i keep thinking about him and focus on why I came here. She wipes her tears and runs away from there.
J.P. Seeing Shilpa running and he thinks its towards him but she runs past him. Jiggy comes laughing. J.P says She seemed sad and didn't even notice me, Jiggy agrees saying Dr. Ridz was also the same.
Ridhima and Sid are working together, She thinks that he doesn't look upset so I don't know If I should ask. Sid thinks what he did was right.
J.P and Jiggy are making plans for a party to impress everyone.
Ridhima keeps thinking about what happened between those two, she gets the guts to ask him but J.P comes with the part plan. Sid says I am not in the mood and tells Ridhima to come too. Sid Agrees because he says its for his birthday. Ridhima says its better if we talk about the party after duty hours.
Shilpa is sitting on the bench and then the thoughts of Armaan and Ridhima in the stairs and their moments together come to her mind. She looks at the Armaan she is dreaming of and walks up to him thinking she is always thinking about him. She Talks to the imaginary Armaan but it Ends up being he is the real one. Armaan gets the guts to apologize and he says Sorry for his attitude. He says he makes a promise but she turns around and tells him I am not the person you should make the promise to. Armaan stand their thinking about her words.
Ridhima and Sid are talking and he asks Why she can't come to the party. Ridhima says nothing is right between anyone and he asks between who. Ridhima ends up bringing up Armaan and Sid says I talked to him Its going to be okay. Ridhima says nothing is going to fine. Ridhima says I am just upset about Armaan, Sid finally loses it and says everything that matters to you is About Armaan, What about my emotion and my feelings. Armaan hears all this standing at the window.
Sid asks why we have to live life by Armaan's thoughts. Sid Says nothing else matters to you even Me. I am the last one on your list or I just don't matter to you. Ridhima stands their hurt while Armaan watches her. He thinks this is all my fault and I have to fix this.
Ridhima is looking at diary and thinks This is Sick, How Can i feel like this for My Older sisters first Love, She thinks I hate my heart.
Armaan is remembering What Sid said about Him and says he needs to fix this.
Ridhima says she will stay away from Armaan , No more talking or thinking about him.
Armaan thinks he needs to make Sidhima think he has moved on but where will he get the girl.
Ridhima is inside and says no more Armaan.
Armaan thinks about the Girl he needs.
He walks into the Room Shilpa is in and she hides the diary. They have a Eyelock session and the Episode ends on their faces.
