I agree with you completely, Shaan initially was shown as a very spoiled and a very self centered guy, who only thought of what he wanted and expected that everyone's life revolves around him. That's why after he came back to mumbai from Dhulwadi, he accepted Khanak to leave him, Natasha to forgive him, and when that didn't happen he was always thinking about how much he is going through, not really stopping to think that Natasha and Khanak are going through so much more then him.
Now look at him, there is such a drastic change in him, all because of Khanak, because she is the one who taught him to think about others before himself. Tonight I was so proud of him when he realized that he cannot do anything about himself and Khanak until Natasha knows the truth because she deserves that much for loving him and caring about him so much.
