So important to see such issues addressed in this way by Starplus like this fictional show Pratigya. Besides providing good entertainment this show projected these issues, lessons and some food for thought for many who are unaware or have not seen such circumstances that most of the middle class young girls have go through.

kool a very biiiiiiiiiiigggggggggggggggggggg round of applause to you for such a quality post--you have voiced sum amazing thoughts whch hve crossed mine and am sure many others minds who r watching this serial--am really glad that sumone has finally picked up this point--- that what is the message that pearl grey is really trying to convey by portraying a woman like pratigya !!!!! shuld a woman be, or not be, like pratigya---wat is the message--- till date that girl has failed to inspire me or move me in any way possible--she has created utter mess around her--ruining so many lives including her own in the bargain!!! i dont call it sacrifice--she is pure vindictive !!!!! if at all anyone has sarificed then it is more krishna,nainaji adarsh and even komal---this girl has made no great adjustments --neither wid her husb nor wid her in laws ---one cant keep acting stubborn or defiant all the time wid a scornful attitude-- no matter wat,it was her decision to marry the man and for the rest of her life she cant keep a revengful attitude by ignoring his needs,wants and keeping him childless -no in laws will accept this! its krishs decency personified that he left her untouched, gave her undue respect and love ! Anyother man wuld hve picked her up and kicked her out of HIS HOUSE long back-beauty,education gaya tel lene!!!!! surly she is not a role model for any woman to follow !!!!
