Since the begginning of the show we have seen that ShaNak share a connection.....They are what might be termed as ' Kindred Spirits ', from their first meeting.....Since the wedding day scene they have an unseen and unbreakable bond....Now Shaan has realised this is love....But Khanak has given it the name of friendship.....How they find the path to true happiness, we have yet to witness....

But in all this I wonder how this change or connection could be explained....Shaan's love for Khanak is stronger than, what he felt for Natasha....But we all saw there was love there and they were to be married....How is Shaan going to explain all this to Natasha?.....

I wanted to say this before, but I always felt bad for Natasha, as none of this was her fault...But I think Shaan and Natasha, were more in love with the idea of love or it was a platonic/friendship type of love ....Natasha seems like the type of girl to plan what she wants in life and if things go wrong, she is not willing to talk, or comprimise....

Yesterday, I saw another glimpse of Kushbu, in Natasha's attitude....She also spoke about choosing to follow her love, but before she wanted to fight for it.....Does this happen in real life?....Have any of you witnessed simliair situations in real life?....What's you opinion on the matter?....

Beautiful and a thought provoking post 😊 Since Shaan has realized his love for Khanak, I keep thinking about one thing, whether Shaan and Natasha really loved each other ? In my opinion Shan and Natasha were thrown together so much,because of Khushboo being Shan's sister in law, that it was very easy for them to believe that hey were in love with each other. If one thinks of an ideal life partner in terms of good looks, education, family values, intelligence and social status, then Shan and Natasha are ideal life partners. I remember Shan saying to Khanak duting the 'Kuch Khas' date that since the time i have realized what love is, only Natasha has been in my life, which clearly indicates that they have known each other for a long time and it suited them and their families that they fall in love with each other. But love is not not dependent on these things, which is why with every problem ShaNak faced together, their bond which was forged in dhulwadi unknown to them, became more strong.

That same night Khanak also said one thing which is so true and made me think about Shan and Natasha being in love. She said when you love someone, it doesn't matter even if u are apart from them, because no amount of distance can come between you. In Shan and Natasha's case, even a little bit of separation caused so much distance.

Lovely post....wish I had time to write more... but generally, my view is similar to what has been expressed here before... Shaan cud not have felt the same way with Natasha, like he feels with Khanak. I don't know... am not expert on this subject, LOL, having grown up in a time when dating and boyfriend were words one read in English novel,😆 but I do think that deep affection, what we call 'love' probably happens once in a person's lifetime... might happen twice but that wud need some time gap and probably some reason like the person one loved in no more... like with Khanak. When Khanak does fall in love with Shaan, we r all going to ask what she felt for Suraj and whether that was not love...

As for real life experiences, hmmm... have heard and seen people be with one person, and then for whatever reason, they break up... and then they go on to love/marry other people and it seems to work o.k... makes it more confusing for me... bcos I also ask if what they felt the first time was not love...

May be it is not love that happens first... it is 'pehla nasha' which utar-s after a while? don't know...

I did saw similar situations in real life.

You know sometimes there are two people who seem to be made for each other, as xaviara described both Shaan and Natasha were together for quite a long time, their family status, education etc matching so everybody thought they were made for each other, even they thought the same. But love doesn't happen obeying rules.

When Shaan and Natasha were together they never faced any problem. But with Khanak Shaan had to face the reality of life. They faught the ups and downs of their life together. And every time Shaan was Khanak's "Sahara" and Khanak was Shaan's "Sahara". When you face real life problems you are ought to love that person who is there with you. Shaan's life took a huge turn when he went to bring Khanak back.

About Khanak Shaan is still her friend, I feel she will try to stay away from Shaan because she thinks Natasha is Shaan's true love not because she loves Suraj.

I feel bad for Natasha, I don't know how Shaan will explain her. He can't tell her that "I have realised that Khanak is my soulmate, not you". But I do believe that Shanak are soulmates that's why they are together after facing so many hazards.

Natasha is loved by everyone since her childhood, she is the youngest and a bit pampered as well. She got everything she wanted. So she thinks everything will come to her by default. She never faced any problem in life and she got Shaan as her boyfriend at a very early age. So it is really difficult for her to deal with the situations. That's why she is ignoring Shaan as she still believes Shaan will come back and say sorry to her and that also "girgirake"

Natasha is very good at heart, but she is facing the bitter reality of life....."Situation ki Shikar"

I am happy with the creatives that they are not showing Natasha as a vamp, I hope she will not turn to a vamp in future episodes like all saas bahu serials.

when shaan was wid natasha i would say that was also love but of a different kind...........many ppl come into r lives some change us fr the better n some fr the worse.khanak came 2 shaans life n brought out that side of shaan that natty couldnt..........shaan does care for natty n will always have that soft side fr her but in terms of love he has found only n only khanak.......as ranjini said that natty got shaan 2 as her bf 2 early so that time it must have been that period of just attraction n puppy love.........as fr khanak shaan understands his responsibilty 2 wards the family the business n more so 2 wards her cute pie wife...........my point is he loved natty too but it was not that frever kinfda love but wid khanak its just that rab ne banadi jodi aur ab shaan ko sirf apni khankdi mein arb dikhta hai❤️❤️

I agree, Natasha and Shaan do love each other but are not in love. They know and care for each other a lot, so it was very natural for them to think they are in love.

well i read all ur lovely posts.COMPLETELY AGREE

first itself shaan/natasha's love took a severe jolt when he agreed to marry khaank for saving his life.

That only implied he wanted life more than natasha.Had she been his soul mate the he would have thought it over andmade some othr plans of escape orwho knows perhaps even sacrfiiced his life instead of marrying someone.

That he was able to make a big decision wihout so much fuss itslef proved that somewhere there was a severe lacking in their relationship.

Btw shaan never thought about natasha in the twodays of adventure at all except once for selling the watch that too he did sell the watch.That means he could forget natasha that easily which again is next to impossible in soulmate relationships.so natasha is not his true love/soul mate.

during the adventure after imagining himself getting wet with khanak in the rain(iktara song seq) he himself happily confessed that the feelings he had were for the first time.That means the earlier love was not true in all sense.

as many of us have said he had natasha asa bagggage with khushboo bhabhi.,so he got to move aroound with her for long and hence thought she was the only one whom he loved and all that.,till he understood about khanak.

now he finds that he is himself with all happpiness when she is around and hence she is the real soulmate for him.so it is natrual that his feelings for natasha take a very back seat,

further men always take matters of the heart easily.,so he does not think much about owing an anwer to natasha.,whereas kkhaank being a girl takes it very seriously and thinks she is responsible for spoiling shaan-natties relationship.

Great replies everyone, wasn't sure what I was trying to say origanally.....I guess I wanted to confirm the difference in Shaan's love for Khanak and his previous feelings towards Natasha.....

The Kuch Kaas hai dailogues come to my mind too, when I look at the difference in Shaan.....Kanak's dailogues after Suraj's death are also relevent to the present situation....She said that when you love someone you make their dreams come true....Isn't that what Shaan is doing for Khanak.....I also agree that she changed him for the better....Part of Khanak realisation will be when she starts think more about Shaan's happiness and we saw the start of that when she removed Suraj's photo.....

Natasha and Shaan do love and care for eachother, but I guess Shaan is not in love with her as he once thought he was.....He shares a deeper connection and has a stronger love for Khanak....

Yet again a wonderful topic.

@Shaan and Natasha's "love"

Shaan and Natasha fell in love when they were young.. when everything around them was rosy and fit in perfectly. Shaan didn't know anything other that his love for Natasha.. hence he made that choice. Sometimes when all falls in place PERFECTLY (like Shaan and Nattie) seems imperfect. Because even if they would have gotten married.. they would have had problems down the line.

With Khanak it is different.. the situation was very different how they came together.. now Shaan has seen the flip side of falling in love.. Khanak is totally opposite of what Nattie is.. but he is drawn toward her.. he seeks time with her.. and he enjoys her. It is the reality of the relationship.. the situations .. the feelings are real. That is what makes a difference.

To your question May.. if this is real in real life.. I am sure it is.. these situations created in movies .. shows come from real experiences.

For me this is more like high school crush or a high school boyfriend/girlfriend verses reality (falling in love when you are done with college or working) Maturity level is different.! Don't mean to offend anyone.
