Tears and protests created a deafening crescendo after Amey Date was voted out.

Nothing could stop the audience from reacting angrily to the news; they screamed for a rematch.

The judges walked out in disbelief. Sonu Nigam said that they did not want to be part of this decision.

Viewer's don't know how to vote! Or I guess I am expecting too much from the Indian audience, said Anu Malik.

It was the saddest thing i have ever seen! I really think Amey handled it really really well and the way he was talking to his mom was soooo cute!!! I like him even more after what he said in the end about him being voted out and not wanting a rematch...he was really strong throughout the whole thing...and you could tell his mom was really proud of his decision.

Its really sad to see such things on tv .good talents getting voted out .The way he was trying to calm his mother is really heart warming moment .I wished someone would come and hug him at that moment .he looked so emotional .I usually don't get emotional but yesterday he really moved me .
