Dear When it comes to Armaan everything is illlegal only rest all are legal.

Raj a Dryg taker was being made a DOCTOR then it was OK

Yuvi who was not a doctor was made a DOCTOR

BUT after all its armaan anything related to him is either reported or considered wrong.

nice post , why sid have 2 inform the authority,armaan have a personal life n hospital authorities doesnt have 2 interfere since he iz nt in duties hrs.dmg cvs iz losing it,hope we get the previous cvs,they were superb.

I disagree! he took a day off and a valid reason for that day off would be personal commitment (family issues etc) or like being sic or going to a dentist or something. I'll give an example. My cousin is a professor. He took a friday off to go overseas for friday to sunday for sport commitment. Sport commitment wasn't a valid reason for taking a day off, and plus he was on PAID LEAVE. My cousin clearly told no-one except his immediate family that he was going overseas with this excuse in the fear of the principal finding out. Few weeks after he returned, the principal of his school found out and he was on the verge of losing his job. Because my cousin was an old employee of theirs and nothing of this sort happened before, he was left with a warning. Even though i loathe the character of Sid, i think he was right in taking that move.

Well I am not tryin to defend any1 but i think docs are not allowed such things cuz it wud tarnish the name of the hospital they are working in if some outsider figures out tht Ammy is a boxer too....but its jus my guess...

I am a diehard AR fan but I do like Sid a lot. May be he said reporting needs to be done as he is also out from his work because he was coming back from a duty and should go back to sanjeevani and not any other place.. May be he meant that he needs to report to Sanjeevani that he is back. I think he said that he needs to report about himself being back. I don't think he meant to report about Armaan's action because when you are off from duty you can do whatever you want to.

Armaan & Shilpa took off from work already. I don't know about Riddhima what she said to the hospital when she came. It is not that Arman is neglecting his duites and doing something else during duty hours. So nothing can be reported against him.

1. CV's wake up!!! 2. Brush your teeth.

3. Go for breakfast.

4. Go to office.

5. Concentrate on Armaan/KSG.

6. Add more romantic scenes of AR.

7. Think of a way to bring them together.

8. Come back home and go to sleep.

Repeat the above steps.

New Petition: Armaan should have a personal life in n outside the hospital.

What was the authorities Sid talking about?
The only 2 senior docs were there..
Disciplinary officer was there....
I think Dr Shashank is in his 4th or 5th honeymoon...

Who is the hospital authority then? Sr Stella???

I didnt bother to read the pages ahead but in reply to the TM:

I am not sure if you know how the work force works... but here's a bit of info:

when working one has to follow not only company rules but ethics as well..yes you can have a personal life and if armaan chose to party all night and get drunk, that's his choice but on the other hand.. if he chooses to do something illegal [ie street fighting..now pardon me when i say this b/c in america street fighting/drag racing etc are all illegal] he will be not only punished by the company but also the law

now i thought this was common sense b/c when you are working under a certain employer you are legally bounded to them and your actions off work hours do affect your job

just for example..take an extreme case... if armaan got off work at 8 pm or whatever..and hten decides to go home and smoke illegal drugs and he gets caught...he will get arrested by the police and he will loose his job for breaking the law...both cases are same..they deal w/ an illegal issue..
