Did you like the Ramayan overtones?

So we are nearing the end of Anna's chapter and life. Thank God, make that Thank Ram. 😊

I do have something to pose to you: did you like the Ramayan overtones in this current track? Rakshash, 10 heads, somebody else's wife, etc.

I hope we can have a good-humored, honest discussion here about this. For me, it was intellectually interesting to see the Ramayan theme/imagery applied to a modern tale, one of a Don no less.
But on the other hand, I wasn't all that excited about it either--I was like ok, that's what the CVs want to do for whatever reason. I've always found that such a theme is included for a couple of reasons:
- could be lack of creativity
- could be for mass appeal/ratings (familiarity with Ramayan and its teachings)
- could be to help viewers relate to characters better, by making a Don like Ram.
- could be CVs thinking they are being clever

These are all possibilities. What do you think? Again, this is NOT about the Ramayan or its teachings. It's about LTL's weaving of its characters/themes into the track ONLY.

I just hope that this Anna's track comes to an end *Though I don't want to but Sigh, it has to eventually end so no use of regretting* and along with Anna's track I want this comparison to Ramayana to end too.. I like Dutta as Dutta only and Nakku as Nakku only.. Pls there is a place for God and no one can be compared to God.. Soonce this track gets over LTL will be back to their normal story track so that's that and now can we have a happy ending to Anna's track pls CV's.. If not happy then pls do end it.. and fast.. Eager to have TaSha's love scenes after that
