My take on this:

Nupur came to mayank's house, it is not bushan house... if you people remember in some sbb segment arjun said "cheque mara account se jathe the" - taking this as point i think mayank did charity and taken care of some patients in hospital, and nupur is one of them.. so as nupur missed her bus she want to go to that person who helped her and say thanks to him before moving to delhi.. so she took mayank house address and came to his house and she will be suprised to see mayank there.....

I think nupur lost her memory..

I don't think she has a memory loss. Her reaction to tumhe kaise pata ke mayank gunjan ke jiju hai was clear that she was trying to think of an answer before replying. Also pati hi kyun kaha had her completely stumped. She quickly changed the subject without replying. Plus she remembers shahrukh, mayapari and even by god toh sirf pati koh bhuli hai kya. Or maybe she has the same memory loss as aamir had in ghajini😆
Nupur was a bit too harsh near the end when she said agar tumhari biwi tumhe chor ke chaley gayi hai to main kya karoon and also the apni nupur ko ja key kahin aur dhundho aur uska matam kahin aur banao poor sajan and mayank 😭 but I'm sure that she must have a good reason for acting that way. I'm eagerly waiting to see her side of the story 😛
