see, you asked about 'cute' and 'hot' but posted fictional characters, not the actual actors.

How can fictional characters be measured by tangible means????

What I mean is - if Armaan was played by, say, the guy playing JP, and Shilpa by, say the girl who played Tamanna, would you still say that 'ArSh' were hot? You get what I mean.

If it's the actor's jodis you are talking about, then you gotta separate the characters and their stories from it -

Then I'd vote KSG-SA, followed very closely by KW-JW.
