Krishna returns from the other side of life

NOTE: THIS IS A LENGTHY POST, BUT....PLEASE READ ON...

Kudos to the POPs for giving us an emotionally-charged episode,👏 one of the best to date ⭐️with a great performance from Prats along with a few "what's up with that?" Saxsena moments. The Takurs feared for their son's life, the Saxsenas looked on helplessly as Krishna fought for his life. Prats used the power of love to bring Krishna back from the other side of life. A tear-jerker episode, plenty of moments for ganga-jamuma-bahana today.😭

Amma blamed Prats for Krishna's present condition as he fought to stay alive. SS gripped by the fear of losing his ladla son,Baba threatened Prats that her life would be a living hell and he would make her shed tears of blood if Krishna didn't make it. Prats queried why they, her sasural were thinking such negative outcomes for Krishna instead of praying for his speedy recovery. In spite of her own fears, she assured them that he will be well soon.

Amma, understandably, a terrorized mother at the moment and unable to deal with the possibility of losing her son vented her anger on Prats for her current notankis after being responsible for Krishna's condition. Just then, right on cue, the Saxsenas entered the hospital. Wonder who called them over? Got to be Tunna who seemed to take it upon himself to spread the news. Prats spotted her Papa and ran to him. She obviously needed some solace from her own family.Ok, given the circumstances, we'll give her a pass on her need to turn to her maike at the drop of a hat. Amma's jealousy raised it's ugly head and she used this opportunity to poison Komal's mind against Prats reminding her that Prats was the cause of Baba's fight for his life.

Offended by Amma's tirade Prof. questioned his samandhji why Prats would ever do such a thing to Krishna. Doesn't Prof. Shamji, know this is not the best time for him to argue with a terrified mother? What he felt for his daughter when he checked into jail is nothing compared to what Krishna ki Amma was experiencing at the moment. Not even close. So please, aap chup-chaap kadi rahiye. His selfish notankis has contributed to this spiral in his daughter's life and it's about time he reflected on that in a quite corner just about now. 😕

Amma had a few quick rebuttals to Prof. question. Thinking fast on her feet, she gave her reasons... she reminded Prof. that his daughter was taking her Krishna on revenge for loving her and she wouldn't have a moment's peace without first destroying the Takurs. Baba was in this condition bec' of her thirst of revenge. There was a seed of truth in Amma's statement. Prats did marry Krishna to teach him a few lessons and his family too, by extension, after she realized that the unpud, gawar, jaahils needed to change to meet her expectations. Well, well, well! How times have changed!

Amma demanded Prof. question his daughter about how the poison had made it's way into Krishna's body threatening to end his life. As usual a dumfounded Prof. had no answers. He was good at posing questions but never when it came to giving answers. Nainaji tried to comfort Prats that God would always care of them and nothing was going to go wrong with Krishna. Arrey, Nainaji, if that is what you believed all along what was all the "ye hamesha humara saat aisa kyun ho raha hai" 😭rona-dhona rhetorics you gave us all these months? 😲No surprises here, when Adarsh stood in attendance like an expressionless doll. Will we ever find out what excites the jr. Saxena if at all?😕😲

Katra Naresh unable to handle the high emotions and his own fears for his brother's life went in search of Tunna and Chandu. He warned them that they would pay the price for helping Prats flee the Niwas and their countdown to it had just begun. Typical response from KN, as expected, he threatened the duo when faced with an emotional situation. Good to see he was capable of concern for his Baba after all. Maybe that's good news for Kesar when the baby comes?😊

A dejected and helpless father, SS stood in silence and hung on to his older son's shoulder for support as his Takurain continued her tirade and blamed Prats. An anguished Amma prayed to the Goddess and promised to make offerings when Krishna was well. On the other side of the hallway, the Saxsena belted a bhajan in the presence of a statue of Lord Krishna with Arushi and Nainaji taking the lead and Prats joining in. Is this getting to be too filmy now or what? Y'day it was Tunna/Chandu singing a happy tune and today the Saxsenas? Who's next?

The nurse informed Prats that the patient was failing as he didn't have the strength to fight the poison in his body. Overhearing this and gripped by fear Amma accused Prats of being a murderer if Krishna didn't make it.

Prats watched in horror as the doctor failed to save Krishna's life while she replayed flashbacks of her hollimoon,of Krishna wearing the goofy T-shirt with her face on it and his declaration "PRATIGYA, I LUB YOU".Today those very moments that embarrassed and annoyed her then held more value to her than ever before. How time and perception changes life in a hurry! She rushed into the room when the monitors flatlined.

Krishna had exited to the other side of life. She desperately tried to awaken hiim. She reminded him that Amma, bauji and Komal were there for him. She left out his Sakthi bhai but reminded him that her Mummy Papa were there? HUH? 😲😕She pleaded with him to live for the sake of his love for her bec' she couldn't live without him.😭 She begged him not to hand her out such a big punishment. Both families looked on helplessly😭. She hysterically told him she wouldn't let him get away from him so easily😭😭😭. If only the scene wasn't so morbid. The truth always spills out when the choice is taken away, isn't it? Miraculously Krishna's came back to life as his vital signs revived.👏😃

Another poignant moment with Ganti Dadi once again, this time with Prats. She gestured her gratitude to Prats for saving Krishna. Amma took a moment to reflect if the day's events were the karmic price for her past sins from another lifetime. Prats consoled Amma and assured bauji that Krishna loved him the most and he would never leave him. She then turned to her Papa for some reassurance of her own that Krishna will get well.

P.S.: In the face of life and death, did Krishna's lack of education really matter? In the face of death did Prats thirst for revenge really mean anything other than as a reminder to Amma the reason she married Krishna? Faced with the fear of his son's death did SS's quest for political power mean anything? Even Katra Naresh showed some raw emotions of fear and helplessness today and expressed his helplessness by threatening Tunna and Chandu for helping Prats escape from the Niwas. Like KN, Amma as a terrified mother unable to deal with her emotions vented her rage on Prats.

Why was Arushi moved to tears when the jiju she disrespected and hated was fighting for his life? Adarsh the extreme introvert stood like a lifeless doll amidst all this drama around him, he looked more confused than concerned in the hospital. The Prof. who was ready to write off the Takurs as jaanwars, gunda, gawar, jahills now watched his daughter's plight helplessly and consoled her that HER Krishna will be fine.

Did any of their petty grievances and self-righteous stances really matter when confronted by the power of love be it as a mother or father, brother or sister, saas or sasur, jiju or saale, patni or friend?

Dhanyawad! A very intense episode but worth it. Hope there are more real moments instead of the cliched stuff that seem to slide into the mix once in a while.

On the lighter side, we've had two days with musical moments.........is this a new trend on this show.😲 I came upon some singing on a couple of other SP shows when surfing the other day. At this rate we may see Krishna and Prats singing a duet on their evening out very soon if Prats is agreeable to some romantic evenings.😉 Baba may not like cinema but he sure knows what happens in the movies, doesn't he? 😃

After rewatching the episode I noticed two things...............Surprise, surprise, Adarsh actually moved and put his hand on his father's shoulder with a diff. expression as he watched his sister cry her heart out and say "how can I live without you Krishna". Must have struck a nerve in him. Hopefully this will spring him to taking his marriage to Komal seriously and treat her well.

Nainaji said "God will never do anything wrong by us". Isn't she singing a diff. tune today after the way the whole family kept saying "why is God doing this to us, what did we do to deserve this plight when she married Krishna". Times are changing!😃

I went back to watch Adarsh... 😆 Really he had an actual expression on his face! And he DID put his hand on his dad's shoulder... for just a sec though.... wow! You really watched it closely 👏
