they shows shilpa comes to sanjeevani thinking about Armaan. she meets Armaan on her way and stared at each other with no reason. her dupatta starts flying and lands at Armaan's head. she hesitates to go to Armaan to take her dupatta. and again they both stares at each other............scene cut.......................Riddhima enters to sanjeevani and she gives her meaningful(like monalisa's smile) looks at both Armaan and Shilpa. she moves away by saying either "disgusting" or Stooooooooooooooooooppppppp ittttttttttttttttttttttttttt".

1st break........................................coming up: Armaan and shilpa comes out of their stance like statue, and Riddhima giving anger looks at everybody, who comes in her way.

1st break ke baad:1min

Riddhima again moves away by saying either "disgusting" or "stoooooooooooooooopppp ittttttt........". then Armaan and Shilpa comes out of their stance like statue and once again gives a heart touching/breaking looks at each other and moves away.

2nd break..........................coming up: Riddhima goes to either locker room or cafeteria or general ward, where her husband is busy with his work and shouts at him with no reason.

2nd break ke baad:1/2 min

Riddhima is on her way going to either locker room or cafeteria or general ward.

tomorrow: 1 min

Riddhima shouts at her husband with no reason. gives him a tight hug with tears in her eyes. Armaan and Shilpa arguing with no reason and next minute shilpa skids, while armaan holds her. Riddhima stares at Armaan and Shilpa with meaningful(like Monalisa's smile) looks.

and here in IF fans like me pulls each others hair by saying, Riddhima is jealous............... no..............she gave "who cares" like looks. no.................... she gave "mother cares for her child" like looks. no.........................actually she closed her eyes.
