what it means that it can lead to muscle paralysis...trouble breathing and palpitations chest probss things like that .. not memory loss.... i never heard of this..... maybe I need to read up on this in journals..........but Im quite sure this is what it means

Even I've never really heard of it.... but since it is a possibility with the neurotoxins.... It's highly unlikely that he will have isolated memory loss, he's going to have other symptoms as well, like the ones you mentioned above.
