since i posted this in help thread but not getting any reply, i'm posting this as a new thread

hi guys..
two questions..

q.1. > is sanaya parsi (irani) or muslim?

q.2. > i haven't been following on the show after nupur's death...can anyone tell me wat has happened? i think she is back? can anyone tell me in short wat happened after the leap?

You got the answer of your 1st question. I'll give a very brief summary of what happened post leap 😛
Nupur dies and mayank and gunjan blame samrat for her death(he was the one driving)
All three seperate and mayank leaves to America.
3 years later they meet but majan are still mad at samrat.
Samrat tries to get them to forgive him but all in vain.
Mayank eventually forgives him but gunjan doesn't.
Ashwini who is like a sis to gunjan falls for samrat but backs out when she finds out about sajan.
Dia returns and mayank tells her nupur's body was badly burned and she replies saying that the car didn't catch fire so there is no way there could be burn marks on her body.
They consult the doc and he tells mayank that nupur might be alive. Mayank tells sajan.
Samrat believes him but gunjan doesn't. He finds nupz but she ignores him and leaves.
Again gunjan doesn't believe him and in frustration he has an accident and nupur saves him.
Seeing nupur's sign on the form sajan realize that nupur is alive. All three are now looking for her and nupur is leaving Mumbai forever.
What happened to her or why she's ignoring them hasn't been shown yet. 😛

After the leap Gunjan, Mayank and Samrat were shown in their own world, away from each other, samrat as the trustee of excel college, gunjan a councellor in some place and mayank a car engineer in USA

@vampireprincess you gave a much better description. I started watching it 2 weeks ago and knew the basic story but didn't know the more specific details like what the 3 had done with their lives 😆
But I have to say poor samrat 😭 😭 lost his love, his best friend and another really close friend even though it wasn't his fault.I felt so bad for him when mayank slapped him, poor guy was about to commit suicide 😭

On the day of Nupur's death mayank came to mumbai, for nupz barsi...samrat n mayank met at the accident spot, they shared a tiff, anger n wat not.

Gunjan was angry with samrat as she told him to drive slow but he didnt lsten, so she blamed samrat for the accident.

it seems when samrat gained consciousness mayank gunjan n rest had left him 'abandoned'- i think tht word fits n his mom was there for him then..

Mayank was offered the position to be a professor in excel, he accepted it, then gunjan came to mumbai, with time Mayank forgave Samrat as it was not his fault, gunjan didnt, later she joined excel as a counsellor, so SaYank r buddies while Gunjan n Samrat r on the steps of a magical patch-up.
