ALL SHOWS OF STARONE BEWARE

After Mano Ya Na Mano and Pyar Ki Ye Ek Kahani, Star One is prepping up for two more shows this September. While one is by Sphere Origins tentatively titled 'Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar', the other untitled show according to our source, "Is a story based on the life of a girl whose story matches with that of Priyanka Gandhi's. A politician's daughter, she wants to be an architect but after his death, his political responsibilities fall on her."

The source says it's produced by well-known Marathi producer-director Sanjay Surkar. "Actually he already has a Marathi film based on the same subject. The film has also won a National Award. The focus of the story is going to be of a girl searching for her identity."

Looks like Star One is moving a little away from its youth image to more mature subjects.

The untitled show will have a completely new cast. While Surkar confirmed about the show, he however refused to divulge more.

As for Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar, it was earlier called Hote Hote Pyar Ho Gaya. The cast, completely new, has been more or less finalised for the same. The story is about a girl from Agra who is in search of her first love but destiny has other plans for her and she ends up finding someone else in her life."
