I totally totally agree with you..Its horrible..
There is no scope for the Indian television industry now with crappy shows such as this being shown and the people actually appreciating such kinds of shows...
I don't know where to go now for entertainment...

Aww guys! I know it looks bad - but itna bura hai nahi.. I mean I can count at least 10 news stories that I've read that are worst than this. I think the show's just trying to portray a realistic situation - aisa hota hai. I know a few people personally who've been persecuted at the hands of the powerful and the corrupt.. I'm certain it's not a TRP ploy by the CVs because honestly, there was no "drama" to this - it just plain shocking. And if this was a TRP ploy, then the CVs would have sensationalized this some more and probably had introduced a "hero" at this point to garner more interest.

This was just a plain and simple narration of how things are.. Toh lets take it in the spirit that's it presented - in a "Lets get aware of those around us" spirit.

Lol, and quite honestly kids should not be watching TV serials to begin with. There are far worst shows on air that promote premarital relations and cheating/lying than this one and kids should be allowed to grow FREE of those influential shows. At least in this case the "bad" act is shown as just that - a BAD act! It isn't justified and it isn't "decorated" with pretty sets or popular star cast. It's just factual. 😳

I fully agree with you Fivr.. children should not be allowed to watch this show or any other show on TV!!! they should be having better things to do with their spare time than sitting in front of the TV.

rahe baat ... Thoda hai ki.. I dont think what they are trying to portray is something far removed from reality... Middle class people are the worst hit , things do happen to them but in most cases, we prefer to put a lid on it .. for fear of what the society says !!!
