OK....heres my take, and here I give a little credit to Dilawar:

Ok....so Dilawar comes to Mumbai and is in the hospital 24/7.

However, Chandni realizes that Dilawar is relly concerned about Manisha.....finally he reveals that he really loves manisha and thinks of Chandni only as a friend, a buddy, a little kid of sorts. He says that he was so shocked when Manisha left him that he couldnt say anything while Chandni came forward and got engaged to him.
Chandni is relieved and sad at the same time.....
just like she is happy and confused about Adi's behaviour towards her.
Dilawar catches Adi lookin at Chandni....and realizes that Adi loves Chandni very much and convinces bauji that he is a good person for Chandni. 😆

all the ppl niyu 😭 they wer all telling me thru pm tht the siggy is quite scary and they get nitemares ...............so i removed it ...

u and jingle r the only ppl ...telling it was cute and i shud keep it back😊
