Of all the dancers combined, the undisputed best dancer has been Shakti. After her performance in the Finale, that was made even more obvious. Nobody even comes close. Salman is probably second followed by Dharmesh at #3.

According to me, Dharmesh Sir is the best, Vaishnavi at #2 and Jeetumoni at #3...
