i think by the time dev and nt comes to hospital mann will be in dadi side and will ask geet to bring medicines ( as guru is starting shooting from today). as per doc instruction now the matter is serious,no kind of pressure should be given to dadi .so,mann will accept the proposal of marriage.And dadi will give the job to geet to convince mann and choose the photos of girls. she will make a mind and accept to not to leave the job,since marriage is on the cards.once,it is done she can leave mann and also dadi. so, the story will take major twist,as we have seen in the promos.

I was thinking the same exact thing. I don't think the CV's would just change the track so much, that Dev and Geet would meet. I have a feeling that its going to be Maan.
