Aamir makes entertaining films
Aamir Khan today plays quite an important role in social life as he spreads a good word via his films and his upcoming film Peepli Live which is about a social cause.
But Aamir doesn't want to enter politics he is happy doing his films, "I am happy doing my films. I will not enter politics ever. That's not my job," says Aamir Khan.
Aamir agrees that being a celebrity he can pass a good message via his films, " Films and cinema are a mass medium. The film should be economically viable. I am trying to combine a message through my film which will reach out to various viewers . As I think I am a creative person. But being a citizen I will do what I can do. We all should do from our ends for our country. Not only my films, I feel Indian cinema is changing a lot. Audience are now open to new ideas. I know number of films which has released in the past five years and they all have a different genre. We are proud to have directors like Raju Hirani," says Aamir Khan.
But Aamir doesn't make films to pass message," But my primary criteria is to entertain people. Schools and colleges are there to educate people. My audience should not feel ki kya pakau hai."
