Resemblance to Aaina (movie)

This story line of Milli after Abhi reminds me of the movie Aaina with Juhi Chawla, Jackie Shroff, and Amrita Singh. Don't you all think so?

i havent seen dat movie....

havnt seen that movie so cant respond, but i will tell u what movie this reminds me off. There was one movie a while back dont remember the name, but had urmila matondkar and fardeen khan(crappy movie) that had a similar plot. Matondkar goes crazy mistaking Fardeens friendliness for love (she was scary in that ) i think she plots to kills fardeens wife. Just like Mili she was obsessed and would go to any extent to get her guy. Only one song rings a bell for movie "yeh pyaar tune kya kiya ". I dont know if that was the movies name or what??? of course it was not a case of siblings fighting over one man. Was this aaina movie abt that.??

Yaa the movie starring Urmila and Fardeen is Pyar Tune Kya kiya

Aaina movie deals with siblings fighting for one man. Elder sister and the hero loves each other but the elder one elopes from mandap on the day of marriage as she aspire to be a heroine then the hero marries younger sister for the sake of IZZAT. when both of them are coming close to each other elder sister comes back to claim her love but finally hero ends with younger sister only

But I dont think this track has nothing to do with Aaina movie except the fact that two sisters loving the same guy...

i have watched that very beatifull movie ainaa...Milis character is similar like Amrita singh who had played Juhi 's jealous sister in the movie...

Sorry, I haven't seen the film either so cannot comment on Aaina.

I do remember a film long long ago called "Baharen Phir Bhi Ayengi", two sisters fall in love with the same man. The guy loves younger sister and is employee of older one. The younger one finds out her older sister loves him and out of love and appreciation for all her sacrifices, she renounces her love for him, don't remember what she did exactly but she basically gave him up. When the older sister found out her younger loved him and was giving him up for her, she committed suicide. At death scene, she had to make them promise to love each other even then before it was going to happen.

This used to be the way love went between sisters...the one shown in the serial is a travesty of love.

I had seen the movie.. and as far as i can say, i dont really think it resembles that movie so much. I mean, if u are lookn at the angel of jealously between two siblings.. umm..in this case.. noo.. because.. really, the storyline is faaar different, if u think abt it! Jackie was supposed to be married to Amrita.. and they LOVED each other.. whereas.. mili and abhi NEVER shared that relationship! Mili did not run away from her marriage to Abhi, nor was it ever planned! no, i'd say..these two stories are faaar off! Chhoti Bahu's story, in the beginning def. had tremendous similarities with the movie Aaina.
