True Prince was not anything great but he has done good work in movies you mentioned as well as films like Saathiya. He went down mainly as he did not follow the rules of the industry and got into trouble with powerful people. That has led him to be a 'loser' in his work but it does not reflect on his capabilities. If he had backing like Abhishek, hemight have done better. For playing devil's advocate, in that case why has Sunny Deol (or even more so Bobby Deol)not been mentioned? He has a couple of great hits (like once in 10 years)like Gaddar but most of his other films are not worth watching (anyone see Jo Bole So Nihaal?). I am not putting down Sunny but want to say that he is another example of someone who did not play the industry rules and politics well (like his father as well as Vivek's father) and so is noteven remembered when people think of 'good actors' or 'bad actors'.I am sure theremight be better examples for actual losers but my mind is blank now.I do agree whole-heartedly with Uday Chopra as a choice.
no offense but do you know the history of bollywood? do you know who SUNNY DEOL is?
this guy was a TOP 5 SUPERSTAR, not a STAR but a SUPERSTAR throughout from 1983-2001, he was huge all of 90's and his PEAK was 2001 with gadar was one of the biggest hits in bollywood history! he was just as BIG as the khans when they came and stormed the industry! he gave many, many hits throughout his prime time.
after the multiplexes came, the youth boomed, his type of movies seems irrelevant hence he's not making the same impact now but that doesn't mean you can take what he once was!
the guy was once a HUGE SUPERSTAR and in no possible way comes close to being a loser.. yes nowadays his prime time is gone but go to PUNJAB and they will show how much they worship this "LOSER" and how much they remember him!😊
as far as bobby, yeah he's a disgrace to the deols!😛
and agree with everyone but ABHISHEK. granted he's not as big at the top5 superstars: aamir, srk, salman, hrithik, akki and it seems ranbir and imran are racing past him! but abhishek still has a big fanbase and on his day, nobody can touch him in acting!
they missed hurman baweja the FLOP master!
