Got the idea for this post from Preeti's Topic"Accountability..."
Thanks for an Awesome topic Preeti!!!

"Duniya Jise Kehte Hai...Jadoo ka Khilona Hai"

The World is a Magical Toy

"Mil Jaye toh Mitti Hai,Kho Jaye toh Sona Hai..."

When you have this toy,you don't really care for it, its only as good as soil i.e mitti
However once you lose it, you begin to crave for it as if it were as valuable as gold!

Listened to this Ghazal tonight after a really long time....

How awesomely meaningful the lyrics are!! They pertain to every aspect of life...

Even our own MAYUR and SAJAN
(just an example guys, pls don't bash any couple,or be angry with me😆, m just sharing a viewpoint)

Samrat and Gunjan(Mil jaye to Mitti Hai...)

and It struck me because of Mayank dialogues in the Friday's epi:

"Tumhein kya pata apne pyaar ko khone ka matlab kya hota hai,

Tum dono toh ek dusre ko pyaar karte hue bhi uski value naahi karte

Tum kya samjhoge, jiss se pyaar ho woh hameshe ke liye tumhari jindagi se chala jaye toh kya hota hai"

(again i know this doesn't completely imply to the ghazal,Bcoz we all know both Mayur and Sajan love each other deeply..but m just hinting at the twist of fate these four lives are going through)

Mayank and Nupur(Kho jaye toh Sona hai...)

Mayank is craving for the loss of Nupur after her almost death, his most beloved, whose absence is killing him...
(ye baat alag hai ki our Rati is 24-carat pure Sona 😆 )

Also most importantly, wanted to share the beauty of this Ghazal with you people

Because it still holds true, even now,in this very 21st century,

To any situation we might be facing or which we are about to face...

I guess, its what they call "Eternal"...which is our own MAYUR AND SAJAN

P.S - Guys, pls don't bash any couple or give out any sarcastic comments.Would really like to know what you guys think about this,
Pls let me know...

And yes, posting the link below to the Ghazal video(sung by Jagjit and Chitra Singh),
Do listen to it atleast once.

Cheers 😊

Lovely post Mugda di,
beautiful..the irony of life....
so true
it's very similar to wanting what you can't have... when maybe even something more precious is right infront of you...

awesome post👏👏👏

loved ur view....yeah mayank's dialogue in fri episode was so powerful.
.it correctly described sg's current situtation that they are not recognizing the value of love being in front of them
mayank understands it perfectly coz he is the one who almost lost her & lived in agony & misery for 3 years....
.yes it's true when we lose a percious thing...it's value becomes priceless
the ghazal is so apt here

thanks for the pm😳

awesome and beautiful post and absolutely agree with you....this ghazal perfectly sets on sajan and mayur and you described it very beautifully 😊 ...and its true that when we have something/someone we don't care about it/him/her much but when we lose it/him/her we come to know that it/he/she was actually very valuable and how much we love it/him /her.....i think sajan will come to know that they love each other a lot and can't afford to lose each other when they will see clearly that how mayank feels when he is not with his love....thanks for pm 😊
