Geet has been raised to keep her dupatta on at all times. She even got punished for not having it on...so subconsciuosly she is still scared of not having it on because of previous punishments.

Hey, i call it a chunni too! But most people in the section call it a dupatta so i just say that 😆

I don't wear dupatta at home when my door bells rings that is first thing I go to grab. Even though it doesn't cover much but doesn't feel comfortable without it. I live in United States even when the postman comes I run to grab my dupatta and open the door. I am so used to it now. If I wear suit I need to have dupatta around my neck. I can't walk without it on the streets like someone people I saw.

I agree lets buy a box of safety pins and present them to Geet as a gift.... she really needs it. Poor girl, I've never in my life seen anybody so accident prone.............. lolllll

i agree w/you all! W/out the dupatta the dress doesn't feel complete..I still feel a sense of nakeness even though i'm covered! But that's also how i wear my dupatta whenever i wear a salwar!!
@jess I so agree!! It's jus tin her nature now to feel that way!!

yeah 😆 actually she used to wear it properly back in hoshiarpur, so she used to get embarrasd, now i guess its more of a habbit of her....
but its more of the concpt i agree, no matter how i wear my duppata if i dont have it, i feel uncomfortable...so whethr its a scarf or duppata i just need sumthing....
