lambo ji u r still at it😆 u dont have to put in all this effort its relatively simple. firstly there is no such thing as law in uttaran so there is no jail
if somehow a miraculous jail were to spring up and they decided to follow the real law then tapu would be charged with attempt to conspriacy to commit murder full stop. in the fraudulent marriage ichha gave consent to it so she would be charged to if veer decided to prosecute. so he wont. what is left? ah yes there is no abettment to suicide here full stop as there is no mens rea! full stop! u cant have a case with out mens rea. then the destruction of evidence....well she only hid it she hasnt destroyed it but now its got masoom's fingerprints all over it. if they really wanted to be practical they would work out that the blood stains on tpu's top prove that suicide was the case. what else? ah yes so sorry there is no law for switching letters or photo exhibitions😆
