Sooooooooooooooo..........well done CVs!!!!!
This episode answered most of the problems I've had over the past few episodes......credit must go to the CVs for taking so much of what we've said on board.
Praises:
I have to give credit where credit is due-- the way the story is flowing is totally organic-- it's not clear to me whether the storyline was changed at all after everything we threw at the CVs, but whether it was or not, the story is flowing beautifull, and no suddens changes are apparent.
I think the CVs have certainly answered virtually ALL of my little problems--
1) Geet hasn't realised yet, just has a feeling-- appropriate at this point in their relationship
2) Maan apologised -well, as well as MSK can be expected to ;-)
3) Geet hasn't forgiven Maan yet-- she's aware that everything he said to her was dreadful, and she's aware that she's probably going to hear worse when the story of her pregnancy comes into the open-- she's not letting her burgeoning feelings for Maan to remove her self-respect-- this girl is worthy of the ghamandi MSK-- she'll hold her head up and fight even him
4) The Taaveez is back-- thank you thank you thank you!!
5) Maan gets his clothes back-- a little piece of continuity that made my heart jump with joy!
6) Maan knows that he's in love, he just hasn't admitted it to himself
7) Maan didn't let her leave and roam the Dilli streets in the middle of the night!!! Good acknowledgement from the CVs that they were wrong to show Maan throwing Geet out of the house at 2/3am!!!
8) Well done to the CVs for showing that Geet remembers that her baby is the first priority- she knows that she'll have to fight the world, and even her developing ehsaas for Maan-- lets hope she lets Maan help her in the fight to come (and that he WANTS to help her against the world-- this will be the most important thing)
9) Thank you for explaining what the problem was that Maan phoned home about-- a simple car problem that can easily get fixed to allow them home-- it also explains why Maan was stuck there and praying etc, rather than just getting the halwa and going home!!
Issues:
Today, NONE-- I genuinely think this was one of the best episodes in the continuity-- it kept the story flowing, dealt with the above mentioned problems, kept Geet employed and with somewhere to live (although Maan's going to have to explain to Dadi why her helperGeet is living so far away from her in the outhouse, rather that in the same house as her "bechari beemaar buddhi" employer) and kept us sooooooooo happy.
Keep it up CVs-- keep going like this, and I'll watch forever!!
