I remember these kind of barbaric punishments were given to guilty during ancient times too.....even in India it was common during the reigns of some rulers..... And then who doesn't know about 'Kala pani'................Iranian govt. should better improve their financial status rather than punishing the guilty soo harshly in lieu of their own mistakesš”
