but a thought did cross my mind after watching todays episode
nupur is alive but recently got discharged and no one knows where she left
well a day before someone took nupurs certificates from excel
ab koi aur toh le nahi sakta except nupur herself or mayank
toh shayad nupur ne hi liya ho
and she doesnt know that mayank doesnt stay in the same house as before(samrats outhouse)
to ho sakta hai ki nupur wahin pe jaaye
aur samrat jisse nupur ke zinda hone ke baare mein kuch nahi pata
