The thing that really made me laugh was that in pakistan indian singers are not promoted... i was over there a couple of months ago and couldn't find albums by pakistani artists in a lot of the music shops but could easily find the indian albums i wanted...

Who did Lata gi respect as a singer Noor Jehan and who do pakistani's respect as a singer Lata gi. Muhammad Rafi, Mukesh, Kishor Kumar, AR Rehman, Alka Yadnik the list is endless....

It is music it is supposed to bring people together not create more cause for division.

MNS is always known for disrupting Piece. Their stereo-typed fanatic thinking is sick. They are purposely doing such things just to seek public attention and not for the love of their country or anything. This is really disappointing.

MNS is sick ..once they threatened not to allow trains coming from north India in Maharashtra if the north Indian leaders do not refrain from allegedly "provocative" speeches... They are people who think about their state not for country ... they talk theoretically without any knowledge that what happen in reality ... They are not faithful with their own country how you guys expect them to show mercy on other countries?? So better, leave this topic here.. if we will progress with this It will go far and comments by some biased people may hurt others ..I hope most of you would be agree to stop this discussion here ..what say

Its really sad to read this news, I hope things get settled down. The common people from both the countries are always ready to support each other, it is just the political classes that want to continue to create the rift. Pakistan has faced bomb blasts out there as well.

It is definitely not right, to hamper a peace program between the two countries. All the great singers of India are equally loved and appreciated in Pakistan, and similar is the case in India regarding the Pakistani artists. The respect is totally mutual, and it should be like that. Lets hope that this show brings in positivity in all circles of both the countries.

This topic is getting a political flavour. Before it creates any problems, I am closing the topic.
