i hv seen threads bashing on celebrities (especially SA)with fake accounts nd all...

FOR EXAMPLE : take like comparing post...everyday they r closed..nd everday they r again created...KaSh -ka-jen - ka-su , AR-SR,ArSh , whos better KSG/KW whos pretier , whos better actor , whos better ar nd BLAH BLAH BLAH...etc etc etc!!!!!!
so finally to the subject is there a way to ban the IP address???????????...
like person bashing more than some certain number of times shud hv an IP check...if he has more than 1 account frm the same IP address then its clear that he has fake IDs to bash people...
like ok accessing the forum but unable 2 create a account nd commenting...better!i hv seen that on another forum...(now no1 will say "no 1 in this world can ban IP address)
actually i came up with this too "can close your own thread" thing....hv seen once again somewhere else...but people hv a habit nd 1 said:

dunno who will agree...but its just my opinion...its a complicated process for sure...but m sure there may be a method 2 do so
