Go to settings on the top menu then edit profile, you can see a link 'upload avatar'. Upload any picture you want.

I guess you are logged in. Now go to the top of this page and look at the menu, there you can see 'SETTINGS' next to logout and below the KYPH banner. Can you? Now click on SETTINGS and then click 'EDIT PROFILE'. Doen you can see a link for 'UPLOAD AVATAR'. Upload your fav. pic. there. You can also upload a picture next to signature too.
