Be passionate, says Aamir
Aamir Khan is a perfectionist. This attitude has made him one of the biggest superstars today. Off late, his movies have not only shown that he is a great actor, they have also showcased his production and direction skills as well.
Currently, he's awaiting the release of his film Peepli Live.
But how is Aamir is so intelligent, is the question on everyone's mind. When we asked him the same thing, he laughed and said that he's as smart as the next man. "I'm just going through a good phase in my career, which is why my movies are doing well," he says modestly.
We asked him whether he was this intelligent in school. "I secured 66 per cent in my 10th, but was always passionate about my acting. I think everyone has a talent. It's the job of a parent to nurture it," he adds.
Two of his last three films focused on the education system in India. "I feel that the education system in India is poor and it's more about rote learning. I know that education is important, but a child cannot be pressurised into doing what he's not passionate about," he says.
