Karishma outpaces Rucha
Rucha Gujarati's loss (blame it on her block dates for Balaji and Sony's Kkusum) is Karishma Tanna's gain. The long-legged beauty has bagged Cinevistaas and Zee's title role in Palki. Tanna may be personally in doldrums after her break-up with Eijaz Khan who dumped her like a hot potato, but she surely has something to look forward in Palki. The girl has been around for quite some time now, but hasn't been noticed much. Yes she did have a meaty role in Balaji's Kkoi Dil Mein Hai (where in fact she fell in love with her 'devar' Eijaz), but somehow the show never got the eyeballs it had expected.
