I totally agree with you that whatever Shilpa did was necessary but i did feel that she went a tad too far....she could have toned it down just a bit..but maybe it was a good thing cause it got Armaan to react the way he did...the emotional breakdown and the "getting rid of Ridz's memorabilia" scenes...That was all definitely needed if he wants to get Ridz ouf of his system and start with a clean slate...I am hoping that all these scenes which we have seen are not going to disappoint us and hopefully, it will lead Armaan to Shilpa..slowly but surely...

Thanks 😳....Yes i am a SR fan but i love Armaan and always have...Dunno bout others but i can speak for myself...have never bashed armaan n never will...
N very well said urself..For armaan to make a fresh start...he needs to get ridhhima out of his system and really LET GO of her...Just like what he told Riddhiima...Tht she has to make place for Sid in her heart....Similar situation...Although i know it will take time and Shilpa's task is cut out...But am sure of it happening sooner or later!

Hey Rapzie

I only just found your post, and i have to agree with you in what you say about Armaan and what he is going through and that it is needed to progress himself and ArSh story, to go forward - all in all this is the paving the way for ArSh

What Shilpa told hit him hard and we saw the effects which i still say was needed, i said immediately after i saw the episode

Him ripping his mementos is def the first step to letting go, and its a phase he is in now, the letting go phase and he needed to do that and still needs things to do

As you say just like Sid was with Ridz and gave her life and also is her healer, and i agree with you that its kinda similar to Siddhima story went through, but its needed - Shilpa will also have to be Armaan's healer and vice versa coz at some point Shilpa will indeed need Armaan to heal the inner sadness she has deep inside of her

What Ridz said to him wasnt to hurt at all and we could see that in the scene, she so wanted to get her point across and she has to clarify to him the reason why she didnt like it was coz Sid is her husband, woh mere pati hai

But the thing that got to him the most was her saying, you might like to see Sid being put down, that hurt and it hurt even more coz Armaan is in a very raw place now, thats why the anger and harshness in how he took it all out which another thing i say was needed

And who said he will love Shilpa like Ridz or less, its different - first love and second love are very different, and in what it entails

Second love has understanding and maturity, and its def not impossible to fall in love again, esp as Armaan deep down wants to and knows he should, and he will and he has

Also its not about how can he love someone else, its about looking at life and love and how in different circumstance and situation love arises and why - its not about comparing love or measuring love!!!!!!

As for the song, i can probably see the concept of what they will try and show, if its how i am thinking in my head, that he is obviously imagining Ridz, she his illusion, Shilpa is real - Ridz will somehow fade away, and the reality is Shilpa when he emerges back to reality

Armaan and Shilpa has the feel of destiny/fate just like SR have, thats how they work
