Yes it happens in our office work also..Whenever we have appreciation,or hike..if we dont get for what we have worked..I feel we need a reason for not getting hike or appreciation..
Forget about the hike..But atleast they should give a valide reson y we r not capable.
But our mangaer never give a reason..That is Maans attitude..I am the boss and u r the employee..
I love my work very much..But as soon as i leave office I just forget office stuffs..
And I feel its good to keep professional and personal life seperate.
Here for Maan "Geet " is personal..and everyone else is professional..
I wish I could do as you do. Keep the work @ office and back @ home, you are free from all the tension. But it is not at all possible for me as a sales Executive. I have to keep track of the products @ shop floor that I don't mis my commitment to customer. But when if comes to my personal life, that will never enter my office, the moment I enter my office, I will forget about all the tensions of home. I will have to keep reminders to meet some of my duties (if I have to fulfil during working hrs, like call the school etc.)
But it really required to keep your personal life & professional life separate. Otherwise you will fail in both. never bring in your personal agony to office.else you will end up making mistakes which were not of your style. If you bring office tension home, you will end up hurting your own people.
