Yes smartly CVS handed over the note to Shilpa so that this song can be used on Arshi...how disgusting. Moreover why did Shilpa take the paper from the floor and put it in her labcoat pocket. It belongs to someone else, someone's very personal thing. She could have left it there or handed it over to the office. Last time also she was wearing Sid's ring? Whatever she gets she thinks it as her own...funny girl!!

everyone blame ARMAAN for any mishap or pranks in Sanjeevani why Shashank,Riddhima and now Shilpa they think that they haven't done any mistakes and never played any prank in their life im just fed up of it
