a victim is the wronged person.....he/she is the one against whom ,these people are taking training in this institute to perform their atrocities...u dont need training to be a victim...ichcha is a good person i dont think she shud go anywhere near these....criminals

in the institute it would be taught how to find people like ichha as it would be easy for them to perform their actions without any resistance ...
a special subject taught by taps being Dean ..how to talk lies and manipulate ichha or sid or veer like people ...
Akhir Dean also needs to brush up her memory
and attendance of students is 200 % the particular day ...taps madam lectures ..😆

And the Indian security agencies will surely invite her to be the visiting professors to teach their agents how to plot and scheme to fulfill one's objectives without getting caught
