The funny part is, as soon as the incident took place, people were divided in two directions. Some went behind RB and the rest (other than Rano) went behind Suhana. In this situation, along with RB and Suhana, even Deepak was badly hurt. How that boy (who has no idea of the reasons behind) must have gone through seeing his mom refusing to eat his b'day cake and slapping the person who celebrated his b'day. RB has the whole family's support and so is Suhana. But, who is there to support Deepak?

I dont understand why Kashyap family is treating Deepak like this? Just telling that we love him very much and walking away as soon as he comes doesnt make any sense.

So really, what is the point of going "don't leave" etc.? This is Suhana we're talking about. Do you really think that's going to work? Ishaan doesn't just say stuff for the heck of it.

And he knows Suhana very well. You can't reason with her. She needs to understand on her own. She needs to understand WHY Radha bua behaved this way. And Ishaan has nothing to say to comfort her because he himself doesn't know why Radha bua behaved this way.

The ultimate solution is not just comforting Suhana for the moment. Ishaan is thinking of the whole bigger picture. He wants to get to the root of the problem and help both parties, i.e. Radha bua and Suhana understand each other so everyone can live happily and with mutual respect for one another again.

I'm just thinking this from Ishaan's perspective. And he's not the type that just goes around saying flowery stuff or comforting just for the heck of it. He is helpless at the moment himself because he doesn't even know what to do/say.

But I do think that Ishan will play a part in resolving this, the way he went up to dadaji today and was asking questions about Radha bua and all. He's trying to get to the root of the problem it seems, and until he does, there's not much he can do at this point. At least that's how I feel at this point in the show.

We're both thinking from different perspectives. 😃
You from Ishaan's and me from Suhana's. Yes Ishaan is a mature guy who thinks before he says and means whatever he says.
But Ishaan's lack of reaction at what happened was weird. To me he looked least bothered at Suhana's anger in the room. He looked slightly shocked that Suhana wants to leave the house but then he immediately walked out showing his concern for RB. His lack of empathy is bugging me and imo is part of the reason Suhana wants to leave as well. She's pissed off that Ishaan said/did absolutely nothing in her defense. Also, why did Ishaan have to be TOLD by his mother to go to his wife who had just been slapped for wanting to celebrate his brother's birthday? Shock should have worn off by then.
But yes for the first time, the younger generation seems to be realizing that there is way more to this RB-Deepak issue than they know.

True that Ishan knows Suhaana better than anyone else in the family. He is her husband and he should know her better than anyone. To console Suhaana, he can't wait till Radha Bua comes to him and explain the reason for slapping. Forget about whether Suhaana agree to his words or not, but as a husband it was his duty to console her. We are not expecting him to go and shout at RB. All he would have done is talk to her about trying to understand RB, lets talk and find out the raeson for her behavior etc. When there is a fire, we have to start putting ity off from all the angles, we can not wait reasoning from where did the fire started. That is the post martom work not the first aid. Here Suhaana is in need of first aid. Suhaana was banking on only 2 - 3 people in the house. Badi maa, Rano & Ishan but none turned out to be of any help to her. Badi maa without even a second glance at Suhaana, rushed behind RB, Atleast she could have asked RB like Radha what did you do? And Rano, she is useless & Ishan is worst, he requires his mom to tell him to go to Suhaana (go, suhaana neds you now) and even that didn't work as he was a statue in the room. When every one were concerned about RB, what should Suhaana do. Should she feel happy that every one is concerned about RB for she has hurt her hand by slapping Suhaana? Every one in the family took Suhaana for granted, every one felt how bad RB felt & what will she do. But nobody even bothered how Suhaana felt on the recieving end.

You make a good point. But this is my view. Admittedly a biased one, as i love this show.😊

I loved the fact that Badima ran after Radha Bua, after she slapped Suhana. That shows the deep understanding of the creatives for each and every character. Also, that BM did not really make an issue of RB slapping Suhana (though am sure she felt bad for Suhana). She understands RB very well. She also knows that she is going through a very emotional time. And isn't it a truth of life - that the only person, who can really make a difference in your thought is - you? And BM knows that only RB can help RB. So too do the grandparents. That is why they do not pressurise her, and want her to do it for herself. Because the only change one can really make is with oneself. You never have control of anything happening around you.

Also, the true fact that has been hidden from all the other family members. They only know that there is something wrong. It is like when you grow up with it, you never see it as a problem, till someone on the outside points it out to you. For you, that is how it is, because you've grown up with it.

That is why i think everyone is trying to make Suhana understand. As she is also the younger of the two. And she is new. It is not because they think Suhana is at fault.

Sorry!! a bit too long, maybe no one will want to read.... still here i am posting it😆

Hey Sorry if you have misunderstood me and also thanks for4 your explaination. But surely I am not telling that anyone in the family is telling or even feeling that Suhana is at fault. All i am asking is their support to Suhana to heal her wound. Suhana is a motherless child and when a child is hurt it looks for a console from its mother but here some one who should have given that love to Suhana are BM & Rano. If BM rushed behind RB without even a back glance at Suhana, and the dumb Rano didn't even came near Suhana. All Suhana needed at that moment was an hug & some simple words like, Suhana, please don't feel bad, it was not intentional. NOne of her MIL s did that. and neither her hubbby. what she should feel. As she had seen Deepak's condition (that no one cares for him in the family), she felt even they are treating her in the same way. I am not denying the fact that all are sympathetic for Suhana, but it has to be shown, only the it has a value. Like unless you right your answers, the examiner can't believe that you know the answer. All in all, I wanted some one to lend their shoulder to Suhana to cry. The poor girl was all alone.
