Sum party was going on in a disco, few girls were dancing n sum boyz r checking them out, one boy (vikas tareja) wanna dance with a girl (monika shah), takes a bet with his frnd n goes to dance with her but she dnt , the boy tries several times but couldn't so he holds her hands forcefully so the girl slaps him , in anger the boy shoots the girl n she's dead at moment, seeing this ppl panic but vikas ran away.
Pramod tareja, vikas's father goes to j.j. for help n j.j. ask keshav for case but keshav says that thr r many evidence against vikas so he couldn't , manu narang takes the case , keshav warns him but he dnt listen him.
Manu takes the gun from police officer , which he finds in vikas's possession during his arrest n give him bribe, majumdaar threatens the eye witness, n now its time to kill monika's sister pallavi, majumdaar goes to her house n fire sum shots on bed, as he abt to look the body , mangal knocks the door n majumdaar ran away from window. Mangal enters the room n opens another oom in which keshav with pallavi was hidden n on bed thr were only pillows, pallavi thans him, n keshav ask if she needs his help but she says , she has enough proofs against vikas n was sure that she will win but keshav says he will wait for her decision after 1st hearing as the case was not that simple as it seems to be.

Manu proofs that all evidence were fake n eye witnessess were emotionally blackmailed by pallavi as she wants money from pramod tareja n vikas got bail, pallavi was very upset n ask monika's frnd why has thy done it n thy says that thy were threaten n was very sorry for wat thy did , keshav still wants to help pallavi n pallavi agrees bcoz she needs justice but firstly keshav takes pallavi to a secure place n makes a plan n ask mangal to find out were is j.j.

J.J. was in a garden hotel n pallavi reaches thr in disguise n ask j.j. that she wants to talk with him personally so j.j. calls her in his room but as he was going to his room pallavi in front of all ppl makes allegation on him that he wants to take advantage of her ppl gathered , seeing it j.j.'s men takes him away.
J.J. with gang watching news n sees pallavi in news n got angry n ask majumdaar to kill her but the police officer came n says that she has filed many cases against him n if sumthing happens to pallavi, j.j. will b in problem, J.J. Says that let the case b finished, he will teach her a lesson n sonu came n listen it n ask wats the prob. but j.j. changed the topic n sonu tells him that she's going for snooker competition n j.j. leaves, keshav ask sonu for a snooker match n goes with her n in between the play keshav drops the juice glass n she goes to wash room n keshav takes her ph. n msg pawan narang n calls him in the same club.

Pawan reaches the club n got struck in keshav's plan n keshav in disguise ask him for sum silly gun shot competition n he got fully drunk n when he shot the last bottle , the shot goes to pallavi who was dressed up like monika n ppl start pannic thr but soon it revels that thy were playing prank on pawan.
In court.........
Manu says that it all overs but pallavi's advocate calls keshav in disguise n he has that not vikas but pawan murdered monika n listening this pawan n manu starts pannicing n confess that vikas is the real murdered n thy helped him to come out of it n vikas got punishment n manu's registration as an advocate got cancelled.
