Root Cause of escalating price rises :
If we analyze history of Indian Democracy, we find that corruption rate has moved forward 'Leaps & Bound' after 1968. All those connected with politics became millionaires and billionaires in a very short span despite coming from a poor or middle class family. It's crystal clear that the wealth amassed by them actually belongs 2 the tax payers of India. Despite that, there is no record of any investigation against them and if at all, investigations had been carried out, no one was found guilty and penalized.
Prior 2 1968, many departments were not directly under control of these politicians but in the present context, each and everything is directly or discreetly under their control.
There should be a National level debate on the following points;
1. As public opinion decides about the formation of Government, a system should be established 2 seek public approval before allocating funds 2 various Departments by the F.M.
2. A mechanism should be created 2 make public about the manner in which this money is spent and what % has actually reached the targeted missions or beneficiaries.
3. It's a known facts that our politicians have stashed loads of money in Swiss Banks, what Government has done 2 bring back this money?
4. Why without the approvals of Tax payers, millions are spent on V.I.P securities which is more of a Status Symbol than the actual requirement.
5. Taking Que from recent U.K treasury measures, how much cuts have been imposed on the expenditures of various Ministers, Ministries and related departments.
Notably; as the Government has a right to charge various taxes for the intended purpose of leading country and and countrymen forward ( which actually doesn't happen as poor's are becoming poorer which means the money meant 2 b utilized for their upliftment, goes to some one Else's pockets) the same way taxpayers should be provided with an efficient system of blocking misuse of their money by the Government.
6. Security provided 2 each and every politician and elites should be chargeable ( and this should be made public) except in the case of PM and Heads of sensitive Ministries.
7. We should also have a transparent mechanism & provision 2 get back entire money 2 treasury if anybody is caught with undeclared assets.
8. Parliament, specially Ministry of Law should develop a system by which justice is delivered within 24 months or earlier. In no case, courts be allowed to postpone or dragging of cases on any ground.
8. In all such cases where a victimized person is found 2 b 'Not guilty', heavy compensation should be paid for the damage caused 2 his prestige and its' over all impact and at the same time, immediate and stringent punitive action should be taken against all those who collaborate in framing an innocent person.
Justice delayed is more harmful than the Justice denied. I with this, request U to pass on my mail contents 2 ur senior authorities for bringing all media channel on one platform with a vow 2 pursue this issue 2 its logical end.
