I don't agree. This is a show, not real life, so our interpretations don't really matter as much as the intentions of the writers, and I'm 100% sure it wasn't their intention to show Laali as being jealous. Therefore she isn't. Second, nothing about her expression indicated jealousy. Discomfort, unease, uncertainty...these are all valid feelings. I wouldn't blame her for feeling uncomfortable with the idea of getting Rekha married for a variety of reasons. I don't even think she could imagine them as having a romantic interaction...it would be like a mother suspecting her husband and daughter...gross...

In my opinion I still feel that Laali is a bit jealous of Shekhar paying too much attention to his sister. I just noticed it in her expression...that's my take...yours is different..fine. It is good that shekhar is helping rekha because she is part of laali's family. Any sometime I think Laali does not like to share her shekhar with anyone even his mother. 😊 😊 😊

remember it was lali only who convinced shekhar to stay in haveli when he told let's just escape frm here when sumitra was on bad.. she convinced him just 4 safty of sumitra(when minister came at haveli wid police)....so i don't think she does not like to share shekhar wid sumitra..after all she is mother of him...
